Compose

  1. Try to run the build process with the local files, especially execute the test run
  2. Commit all pending changes

Build

  1. Make a seperate branch for the release
  2. Build the release
  3. Test it!

Deploy

  1. Put it into Sourceforge's file release system
  2. Upload it to the namespace URL
  3. Tag the deployed version in the SVN repository

Publish

  1. Add a news item
  2. Mention the new version in the wiki (i.e. in the history)
