Schema description

BioTypes is a XML schema providing basic type definitions for biological data (e.g. different sequence types) in analogy to the XML Schema types. To validate the correctness of the schema unit tests and the open source tool SUT are used. To generate the HTML based documentation the open source tool xsddoc is used. Tools

In addition an XSLT style sheet called biotypes.xsl is provided. It offers e.g. a named template to convert source URIs into URLs.
